Why We Exist
Every day, millions of young people wake up with potential they don't know how to use.
Not because they're lazy. Not because they don't care. But because nobody ever gave them a system, a way to understand who they are, where they want to go, and how to keep moving when life gets hard.
Some of them are in cities, scrolling through other people's highlight reels, quietly wondering why everyone else seems to have it figured out. Some of them are in places where opportunity feels distant, in isolated areas, underprivileged communities, situations where just getting by already takes everything.
They share the same thing: they have a blueprint worth living. They just never had the tools, the structure, or the right people around them to live it.
LYB exists to change that.
Not with motivation. Not with another course to consume. With a real system — for clarity, consistency, and community — that works wherever you're starting from.
Founder Story
Built by someone who needed it.
Adhi didn't grow up with every advantage. He grew up knowing what it felt like to need help and to receive it.
His uncle stepped in during junior high school. Other people showed up at the right moments. That support didn't just change his circumstances. It showed him what was possible when someone believed in you and helped you build a foundation.
Years later, after a corporate career across Gojek, Shopee, Coca-Cola, and Oy! In Indonesia, he found himself drifting again. Not financially. Not professionally. But internally. No clear direction. No system. No circle of people who were genuinely building toward something together, and it took almost a year to rebuild from scratch: Purpose first. Then goals. Then, daily habits. Then slowly, the right people.
When he came out the other side, he had one clear thought: it shouldn't take this long. And nobody should have to do it alone.
He built LYB because he had been both people: the one who needed help and couldn't find the right system, and the one who was eventually helped by people who showed up. He wanted to build something that could be that for others. Not just for people in cities with access and resources. For anyone in the world. Including the ones in isolated areas, underprivileged communities, and places where opportunity doesn't arrive by itself.
That's why LYB exists. Not as a business first. As a belief that every person, regardless of where they started, has a blueprint worth living.
